These essences are infused with the energies of the highly evolved facilitators as well as the Ascended Masters, Angels and friends. Very high vibrational energy generated from physical and ascended guests are captured in these essences so that you can renourish yourself whenever you feel the need.

This series of essences contain energies that can quicken the growth of your inner spiritual centers in a very profound way. Each Mount Shasta Essence contains very different energies.

This essence can be taken orally or held in the left hand during meditation. We suggest starting with Day 1, taking this essence orally – 3 drops three times daily for one month then going to Day 2.
